📄 What to Do If Your Valorant Account Doesn’t Work After Purchase

Introduction

We manually verify all accounts before listing them, but issues can still happen. This article explains what you should do if your Valorant account doesn’t work after you buy it — whether you can’t log in, the details are incorrect, or the region isn’t what you expected.

🔍 Step 1: Double-check the login details

Start by copying and pasting the login and password exactly as provided (no spaces). Make sure:

  • Caps Lock is off
  • No auto-fill is interfering
  • You’re using the correct Riot login page: auth.riotgames.com

🌐 Step 2: Check for region locks

Some Valorant accounts may be region-locked (e.g. EU, NA, LATAM). If you’re in a different region than the account was created in, you might get login errors or empty inventories.

If that’s the case, try using a VPN temporarily to match the original region. You can then request a Riot region transfer later.

🔐 Step 3: Try recovery via Riot

If the account says “suspended” or “banned,” or you’ve been locked out — try Riot’s official recovery page: recovery.riotgames.com

Note: this may not work if it’s an NFA (Non Full Access) account.

📩 Step 4: Contact Our Support

If you’ve followed the above steps and the issue persists, reach out to our support team:

  • Include your order number
  • Attach screenshots of the error message
  • Be specific: “wrong password”, “empty inventory”, etc.

We respond fast and offer replacements under our warranty terms:

  • FA accounts: 7-day warranty
  • NFA accounts: login-only warranty (24–72h)
